Reel to Card Laminator, LAI series 는 다양한 종류의 material (membrane, sample/absorbent/conjugate pads, cover tape) 을 plastic backing에 부착하는 완전자동 장비입니다.
당사의 장비는 Roll material의 정확한 부착이 가능하도록 부착위치를 정확히 가이드해 줌으로써, 정확한 부착이 가능하도록 합니다.내장된 Cutting module로 정해진 사이즈로 컷팅된 카드는 Tray로 배출됩니다.
간단하고 사용친화적인 당사장비를 사용함으로써 material 손실을 줄이고 생산성을 높일 수 있습니다. 또한 손으로 라미네이션 작업할 때와 비교해서오염요인을 줄일 수 있습니다.
